According to your requirement for eligible job position:

  • we do standard and targeted psychological diagnostics
  • we assess the results of diagnostics and propose the final report
  • we introduce to you the most suitable candidates for the given position

Searching for acceptable employees we do by:

  • targeted selection
  • from our own database of candidates
  • by advertising in media including graphic and textual editing of setting
  • co-operation with the employment offices
  • co-operation with schools and their graduates
  • engaging current company employees


We guarantee our job by three-month trial period after the coming new employee. In case, that the employment will be finished in the run of this period, we automatically ensure compensation.


The invoicing for implementation of psychological services self is realized only in case, that selected candidate stays employed by client also after the trial period.
